AIM Step 1: Accountability
Accountability to God and loving your Neighbour as yourself (Looking back, Matt 22:39)
A. *Vision Casting
Open with a prayer and a * “Vision Casting Story”. (A two minute vision of how God wants to impact your people group.)
B. Worship God
Lead in with or follow it up with some songs. Perhaps you can read a Psalm or two if in a public arena. (Worship time is time given to Celebrate what God is doing and to dedicate our service to him.)
Pastoral Care: (Following Jesus and Fishing for People Mark 1:17-18)
*Following Jesus:
Take turns sharing God Experiences that week. (E.g. Personal revelations, what excited or moved you in the Bible & what needs you have for yourself and others.)
Pray for each other’s needs and offer to help practically where you can.
*Fishing for People:
Take turns sharing and celebrating what people you had the privilege to share the gospel (good news about Jesus) with or train followers during the week. Did you find a “Person of Peace”?
What opportunities are you missing? Is there someone who is always making excuses? Maybe they are really needing more support from the group, mentoring or practice to gain the confidence that they need?
Pray and thank God for these privileges and ask for more opportunities with strength and boldness.
